Luis L. Schenoni, a PhD candidate in political science and Gary Goertz, a professor of political science at the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, wrote an article for International Studies Quarterly titled "Settling Resistant Territorial Disputes: The Territorial Boundary Peace in Latin America."
