To kick-off the Judicial Seminar on Constitutionalism and the Rule of Law, the Notre Dame Law School and Kellogg Institute for International Studies' Constitutionalism and Rule of Law (CAROL) Policy and Practice Lab will host an in-person fireside chat at the Rome Global Gateway. Moderated by Professor Paolo Carozza (University of Notre Dame), judges will broadly discuss the principles behind constitutional adjudication for in-person audiences.
