On August 27, Faculty Fellow Karen Richman participated in a panel on the (absentee) vote of Mexicans abroad in Mexican elections. Organized and moderated by former Kellogg Research Visitor Guadalupe Mendiola González (fall 2011), the panel entitled "Diálogos sobre el voto extraterritorial en México" was presented by the Instituto Electoral del Estado de Guanajuato (IEEG) and was livestreamed to an international audience.
