Faculty Fellow Victoria Hui (political science) was a panelist in the digital dialogue, “Hong Kong in the Eye of the Storm: Winds of Political Change” hosted by the Clingendael Institute. Hui and others commemorate the two-year anniversary of the Hong Kong protest against a proposal to change the city’s extradition law. The panelists discuss what has happened since then and explore the questions, “How should we interpret this political storm?” and “What will the future bring and how will it impact Hong Kong’s status as the international, commercial gateway to China?”
