Faculty Fellow Ernesto Verdeja (political science and peace studies) weighs in on border negotiations between Serbia and Kosovo in a new BBC article.
"The plan should be to advance on the formalization of the separation between Kosovo and Serbia and to find a minimum acceptable solution for the borders," he told BBC this week.
