In an Associated Press News article, Faculty Fellow Paolo Carozza provides insight on potential land rights case brought forward by the Onondaga Nation to the Organization of American States against the United States. 

He states “The State Department sends their professional lawyers, who are very talented, to make the arguments. And they participate. And then at the end of the day they’ll say, ‘But this is all non-binding, so we’re not going to follow it”
