Tracy Kijewski-Correa is the William J. Pulte Director of the Pulte Institute for Global Development in the Keough School of Global Affairs at the University of Notre Dame, where she also serves as Academic Director of the School’s Integration Lab (i-Lab). Additionally, Kijewski-Correa is a professor of Civil Engineering and Global Affairs, jointly appointed in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering & Earth Sciences. Her research addresses civil infrastructure challenges in the developed and developing world and natural hazard assessment and mitigation. A cofounder of Engineering2Empower (E2E), Kijewski-Correa and E2E colleagues have developed a comprehensive strategy for sustainable housing in Haiti, integrating community-led innovation and market-based solutions.
