My name is Eva Van Leemput and I am a fifth year Ph.D. student in the Economics Department. I received my B.A. in Economics (2010) from the K.U. Leuven in Belgium and spent a semester abroad at Uppsala University in Sweden (2009). I specialize in macroeconomic development and international trade and my main advisor is Joseph Kaboski. My current work focuses on quantifying the size of trade barriers within developing countries on international trade patterns.
