In an article in Harper’s Magazine, Faculty Fellow Michael Desch writes about the leadership of the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky after being named “Man of the Year.”
Desch quotes, “Like [Winston] Churchill, Zelensky deserves a place in history for his actions during a perilous moment. The Ukrainian leader showed great physical courage by staying in Kyiv when it appeared that the Russian Army would seize the capital.”
