In an article in The Hill, Faculty Fellow Bill Evans writes about the pressing need to use evidence-based arguments within homelessness policy debates.
Evans, along with a Notre Dame colleagues, writes, “Too much of the debate on how to solve the problem of homelessness is driven by anecdotes rather than evidence.”
