Faculty Fellow Matt Bloom (business management) was interviewed in an article for the National Catholic Reporter about his research with the Flourishing in Ministry program at the University of Notre Dame.  Bloom discusses causes and potential solutions for the job dissatisfaction that exists among approximately one third of Christian pastors.
