Former Kellogg Institute Doctoral Affiliate Luis Schenoni '20 (PhD, political science) has published a summary of his doctoral research in the American Journal of Political Science in an article titled "Bringing War Back in: Victory and State Formation in Latin America." Currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Konstanz in Germany, Shenoni has accepted an assistant professorship in the Political Science Department at University College London, which he begins in January 2022.
