Faculty Fellow Michael Desch was quoted in an ABC News article about Trump's secretive intelligence advisory board. He said, in part, that the makeup of the Intelligence Advisory Board, or – a secretive panel whose members are chosen by the president – isn't the best he's studied, but it isn't the worst, either.
