Visiting Fellow David Smilde (Charles A. and Leo M. Favrot Professor of Human Relations, Department of Sociology, Tulane University) has co-authored an article in El País titled, “Los retos de Biden con Venezuela.” The article, written in Spanish, reviews what the Biden administration could do to change course with Venezuela and the obstacles to doing so.
