A recent La Jornada article highlights the proposition of a truth commission to investigate abuses perpetrated by previous administrations in Mexico. Faculty Fellow Guillermo Trejo (political science) has been involved with this group, comprised of other academics, NGOs, church leaders, and journalists, and their movement "towards a process of truth and memory in Mexico".
