Faculty Fellow Dan Philpott (political science) was interviewed for a Crux news article titled, “Notre Dame professor laments ‘level of rancor’ ahead of U.S. elections.” In the interview, Philpott offers a Catholic perspective on the 2020 elections in the US.
After stating that he supports the American Solidarity Party (ASP), Philpott explains how seeing “a party emerge that is actually founded on Catholic teaching and whose platform reflects a holistic commitment to this teaching is vastly encouraging.”
