Kellogg Institute Faculty Fellow Susan Ostermann, assistant professor of global affairs at the Keough School, was quoted in an article in Bloomberg Politics regarding Biden's pledge to share US vaccines with countries in need.
In the article, she comments about the ability and need for the US to spur capacity, suggesting the country provide incentives to pharmaceutical companies. She says in part, "I do see a role for the US and even a really big role, but I think there’s a lot more we can be doing to build capacity abroad."
