Hisotry and East Asian Languages and Cultures Professor Lionel M. Jensen is featured in a ND Expert video. Jensen speaks on the risks China has taken in hosting the Olypmics as well as why China was chosen as the Olympic site. He claims the 2008 Olympics will be different from any beforehand, particularly in terms of media coverage.
"The (Olympic) games may well be an incentive for the growth of China's political openness, as well as its economic development."
