Former Visiting Fellow Rossana Castiglioni (Fall 2012) has been named dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and History of the Diego Portales University in Chile, effective Aug. 1, 2020. She has been serving as the University’s director of the School of Political Science.
Castiglioni also is a former Kellogg Institute Dissertation Year Fellow. She earned a PhD in political science from the University of Notre Dame in 2002.
