Faculty Fellow Michael Desch (political science) was quoted in the article "Best Bet for US is to Beat Russian Hackers in Cyberspace, Say Experts" in the Washington Post regarding deterrence of Russian hacking.
" The truth of the matter is we have been active in the cyber realm for some time, but you can always ratchet it up to a higher level," he said in part.
