Congratulations to former Visiting Fellow and Doctoral Student David Altman, who has co-authored, along with Federico Rojas-de-Galarreta and Francisco Urdinez, a new working paper in the Varieties of Democracy Institute series, entitled "An Interactive Model of the Democratic Peace: Revisiting the Theory with Elastic Measures" (No. 61, January 2018).
