Mustafa Hess ‘26

Mustafa Hess is working with Professor Ernesto Verdeja on a research project examining the causes and conditions of mass atrocities. This project investigates the primary drivers of human rights violations and the capabilities and limitations of the global atrocity prevention architecture. Drawing on scholarly and policy resources, the project seeks to strengthen prevention work in the context of chronic crises in multilateral action.
