About

Juliette (Yunjing) joined the Ph.D. program in sociology at the University of Notre Dame and joined the Kellogg Institute for International Studies as a Ph.D. fellow in 2023.  She graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology (2019) and an M.S. in Social Psychology (2020). 

Current Research

Juliette's research interests are situated at the intersections of social movements and the Sociology of Gender. She wants to understand feminism movements in social media and how these movements help to promote female participation in general political issues in East Asia.
