About

Hannah Reynolds is a sophomore studying economics and global affairs with a concentration in international development studies. During the 2021 Winter Term, Reynolds interned virtually with Sustain Micro Enterprise in Jinja, Uganda. There she worked with community members to develop a Village Savings and Loans Association to encourage the women entrepreneurs to save and prepare for times of crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic. This experience furthered Reynolds’ interest in gender equality within the field of international development, and she hopes to work with similar organizations that empower women through economic opportunities and education in the future.
