2023Project Title: Parents' Right to Educate their Children, Freedom of Conscience and the Democratic Constitutional Process
Project Description: The research and teaching project will investigate the close relationship between the preferential right of parents to educate their children and freedom of conscience as the foundation of a democratic constitutional order. It is intended to reflect the legal and constitutional implications of these rights in democracy, with emphasis on the Chilean constitutional process so that scholars and researchers can contribute to highlight the essence of these freedoms in a Constitutional Charter.
