Notre Dame Student Government is pleased to invite Mark Toner '86, former Deputy State Department Spokesperson and current nominee for the U.S. Ambassadorship to Liberia, for an enriching conversation with Prof. Jaimie Bleck. Co-sponsored by the Kellogg Institute, the "Beyond Borders: Navigating Democracy's Future" aims to provide Notre Dame with an event that celebrates democratic progress, underscores current ideological challenges within state relations, and an encouragement for young leaders to uphold democratic ideals in their various pursuits.
