My thesis tackles the lack of an international convention on privacy, the inability of developing nations to protect consumers from privacy infringements, and compliance problems faced by BigTech when it comes to the CCPA, the GDPR and other prominent laws. In short, my research focuses on ensuring that the inalienable right to privacy, that every human on the face of this earth has in theory, is protected globally by means of an international convention followed by public policy. I have previously published in the area of financial securities, privacy, the State and freedom of assembly, and various human rights issues.
