Kellogg Institute Advisory Board member Santiago Aranguren is the business development director for Arancia, a Mexican family-owned conglomerate that operates and invests in food sector companies. Arancia's main interests are in foodservice, food ingredients, and nutraceuticals. He also participates in different institutions promoting education and entrepreneurship in western Mexico.
Santiago earned an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business in 1997 and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 1992.
