Nick Goode is the Chief Corporate Development Officer at Coveo. In his role, he works closely with the leadership team to assist with corporate strategy and M&A activities as the company continues its rapid growth and expansion in the market. Prior to joining Coveo, Goode was a Principal at Evergreen Coast Capital, the Menlo Park-based private equity firm and investor in Coveo. While at Evergreen, Goode helped to oversee the firm’s existing investments, and also identified, evaluated, and executed new acquisition and investment opportunities, including the firm’s investment in Coveo in 2018 and 2019. Prior to Evergreen, Goode was an Associate at Genstar Capital, a private equity firm based in San Francisco.
Goode received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated Magna cum Laude. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer and sports fan, and currently resides in Chicago with his wife and dog.
