Patrick Kelly is a sophomore studying Accounting and Economics originally from Colonia, New Jersey and now resides in Siegfried Hall. Last Summer, he worked for his local government, Woodbridge Township, as an Accounting Intern examining and understanding the intersection of business and government. On campus, he is involved in multiple organizations including the Notre Dame Accounting Association, Student Government, and is a tour guide at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart. In Patrick’s personal life, he likes listening to music and walking around the lakes at Notre Dame. Patrick’s research interests are within the disciplines of economics, government and policy, and business, more specifically labor-topics, education, and business regulation. Ultimately, Patrick is excited to gain hands-on experience and develop research skills that he can carry throughout his career, as well as, creating strong and meaningful relationships with faculty and other students.
