Patrick Duffy is a member of the Class of 2028 double-majoring in Business Analytics and Mathematics. A member of the Business Honors Program and an International Business Scholar, Duffy’s research interests focus on how data and technology can be used to better understand economic behavior and business decision-making. Duffy aims to explore how analytics and quantitative methods can be applied to promote sustainable innovation and equitable economic growth.
Duffy is currently assisting Professor Zhai on research focused on improving drinking water access in sub-Saharan Africa. On campus, he is also an active member of the Notre Dame Drumline, Data Club, and Undergraduate Business Analytics Club. Duffy also interned with Caritas Sofia in Sofia, Bulgaria for eight weeks through the Nanovic Institute’s Serving (in) Europe program.
