What is Pamoja?
Pamoja is a new campus initiative seeking to deepen Notre Dame’s engagement with the African continent through research, teaching, policy outreach, and community building. We hope to build a vibrant Notre Dame-African community in connecting students and faculty to each other, as well as to institutions, researchers, grants, policymakers, and educational opportunities. The Pamoja initiative is cosponsored by the Africa Working Group of the Kellogg Institute in partnership with the Department of Africana Studies, the Black Graduate Student Association, the African Students Association, the Africa Graduate Club, the Black Student Association, Notre Dame International, and the Pulte Institute for Global Development.
