Rachel Cooper is a sophomore from Denver, CO, studying Global Affairs, Korean, and International Security Studies. Through ISP, Cooper works with Dr. Diane Desierto in the Notre Dame Law School's Global Human Rights Clinic. She is currently researching democracy and human rights for the Inter-American Court, as well as women in justice in the Asia-Pacific region for UNDP.
Cooper is an Undergraduate Fellow in the Notre Dame International Security Center and a EURO Fellow in the Nanovic Institute. Through the Summer Language Abroad (SLA) Grant program, Cooper was excited to hone her Korean language skills at Yonsei University this summer.
