About

Benadett Douglass is a sophomore at the University of Notre Dame majoring in Global Affairs with a minor in Russian. She is passionate about human rights, international law, education, and development, with an emphasis on Russian-speaking countries and Southeast Asia. Particularly, Douglass is interested in exploring the factors that contribute to the rise of human trafficking in these areas and developing sufficient solutions to decrease the prevalence of this issue.

On campus, she is involved in various student organizations, such as Scholastic Magazine, the Filipino-American Student Organization, Women in International Security, and the Notre Dame Archery Club. As part of the Kellogg Developing Researchers Program, Douglass looks forward to expanding her research skills by working with faculty on meaningful projects.
