Clare Duffy is a sophomore at the University of Notre Dame majoring in Political Science with a minor in Computing and Digital Technologies on the Cybersecurity track. She has pursued her interests in policy and government outside of the classroom through her work with Notre Dame’s Student Policy Network and undergraduate fellowship with the Notre Dame International Security Center. Her research interests primarily lie in the fields of international policy and law.
