Based in Chile, former doctoral student Guillermo Montt '12 (PhD, Sociology) is a social protection specialist for the Southern Cone of Latin America with the International Labour Office (ILO), where he oversees technical cooperation in pension reform and unemployment insurance, among others, in Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay. He was previously in ILO's Research Department in Geneva, working on the interplay between the world of work and environmental sustainability.
