Power Leads Social Sciences Division at Oxford

Congratulations to former Visiting Fellow Tim Power (1993), who has been named Head of Social Sciences Division at the University of Oxford, where he is professor of Latin American politics. Responsible for the management and academic leadership of the Division, Power maintains and develops the international reputation of the centre and provides vision and leadership across all aspects of the Division’s activities, including its research strategy, educational policy and standards, recruitment and retention of outstanding academics, and relationships with external funding agencies, policy-makers, and learned societies, among others.
