Kellogg International Scholars Program Alumna Allie Hidalgo '19 (international economics) recently graduated with her Master in International Relations at IE University in Madrid, Spain, which she pursued through a Fulbright Study/Research Award. Her most recent research investigates sovereign wealth funds’ ability to increase states’ soft power through strategic transactions and SDG-related investments.
