The work of faculty fellow Guillermo Trejo and former visiting fellow Sandra Ley is featured in a Washington Post article on the violent crime ravaging Mexico. Trejo and Ley looked at drug-cartel related murders across Mexico, finding higher occurrence in regions where the local government party was different from that of the national government.
