Visiting Fellow Francisco Rodriguez, Founder and Director of the Oil for Venezuela Foundation, has authored an article in Foreign Affairs titled, “The United States Helps Venezuela’s Regime Survive: A Ruined Economy Hasn’t Brought Maduro Down.” In the article, he discusses Venezuela’s humanitarian and economic crisis, which is only deepening as the autocratic Nicolás Maduro holds on to power.
