Gabriel Negretto (Fall ’07), associate professor of political science at the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económica (CIDE) in Mexico City, will spend fall 2012 as Edward Larocque Tinker Visiting Professor in the Department of Politics at Columbia University. He published “Shifting Constitutional Designs in Latin America: A Two-Level Explanation,” Texas Law Review 89, 7 (2011) and “Replacing and Amending Constitutions: The Logic of Constitutional Change in Latin America,” Law & Society Review 46, 4 (2012).
