The Kellogg Institute for International Studies, part of the University of Notre Dame’s new Keough School of Global Affairs, is an interdisciplinary community of scholars that promotes research, provides educational opportunities, and builds linkages related to democracy and human development.

Kellogg International Scholar Flora Tang '18 was recognized by the University of Notre Dame Division of Student Affairs at the 32nd annual Student Leadership Awards Banquet on Tuesday, April 10. Tang was honored with The Rev. A. Leonard Collins, CSC, Award, which is given to a graduating senior who has made substantial personal efforts to advance the interests of students at Notre Dame.
