Former Kellogg Institute dissertation year fellow Pablo González-Domínguez (law) has published a new book, The Doctrine of Conventionality Control: Between Uniformity and Legal Pluralism in the Inter-American Human Rights System (Intersentia, 2018).
His dissertation formed the basis of the book, which addresses topics including the relationship between the Inter-American System and domestic constitutional systems in Latin America, the debate between universality and legal pluralism in human rights, and the limits of the Inter-American Court and the principle of subsidiarity.
