¿Cómo están ustedes?  I am writing from the doctors’ lounge in Hospital General Zona del Norte.  I will be sending this when I return home to my apartment, 20-30 minutes away in Estrellas del Sur.  The past two weeks have gone very fast, but I expected as much.

The first week I was introduced to the heads of research, education and the hospital in general.  I made a schedule and entered the burn unit.  I began testing my scales the first day with a patient and began to adjust to the way things worked in the unit.  After some trial and error, I have nailed down my procedure.  Data is coming in very slowly because I only take measurements surrounding a certain procedure that happens every other day for the patients.  That being said, I think with the following four weeks, I should be able to at least see some sort of a trend.
