Former PhD Fellow Sandra Botero, assistant professor of political science at Del Rosario University in Bogota, Colombia and former PhD Fellow, wrote (co-authored with Silvia Otero Bahamón) a column for the Washington Post's Monkey Cage. She shed some light on Colombia's largest protests in decades and described the most current waves of violence from a leaderless movement.
