Former Visiting Fellow Vladimir Chlouba published an article titled “African Traditional Institutions and Support for Democracy,” a product of his visiting fellowship at the Kellogg Institute.
Chlouba writes, “Africans’ views of democracy are affected by traditional political institutions that remain remarkably influential across much of rural Africa.”
