The Kellogg Institute for International Studies, part of the University of Notre Dame’s new Keough School of Global Affairs, is an interdisciplinary community of scholars that promotes research, provides educational opportunities, and builds linkages related to democracy and human development.

Lupe Ramírez is the senior institute coordinator for the Kellogg Institute, where she provides administrative and project support to the Institute directors, the Ford Program in Human Development Studies and Solidarity, and the Latin American North American Church Concerns (LANACC) program.
Lupe earned a BA in Spanish literature with a specialization in Chicana/o studies and a minor in education studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
