This profile was current as of May 2023, when he was part of the on-campus Kellogg community.

Luis Elizondo Gracia is a senior from Monterrey, México. Elizondo is currently working as a co-author in a research paper with Dr. Alejandro Estefan. The project's focus is on consulting the Mexican government regarding Mexico City's troubled water utility service. By studying different variables that affect payment incidence, such as metrics for user satisfaction and tax rates, he hopes that the team can make concrete recommendations that can end up as government policy for the improvement of service in the city. Last year, Elizondo assisted Dr. Scott Mainwaring in compiling and reporting information for his upcoming book on Argentina, as well as assisting in databases for a research paper on political polarization and illiberalism.
