Leticia Queiroz is a junior from Sao Paulo, Brazil, pursuing a double major in Business Analytics and Global Affairs. Her research interests focus on the interplay between democratic institutions, migration, and labor markets in shaping human development and sustainable economic growth. Recently, she conducted independent research in Portugal, supported by the Nanovic Institute for European Studies, where she examined the integration of migrants into the Portuguese labor market. In addition, she works as a research assistant to Professor Scott Mainwaring, contributing to projects on democratization in Latin America.

Beyond her academic research, Letícia actively applies her business and analytical skills to create meaningful impact. She served as a social impact consultant with the South Bend Entrepreneurship and Adversity Program, helping local entrepreneurs design sustainable business models and financial strategies. On campus, she is a project leader in the international division of the Student International Business Council (SIBC), supports her peers as a teaching assistant for business courses, and has been recognized as both a McInerney Scholar and an International Business Fellow.
