We propose establishing a working group that will read and discuss three books on
well-being, economic performance, and inequality, concepts closely related to the
broad them of human development. In addition to focusing on human development,
the group focuses on international issues from an interdisciplinary perspective. The
group will explore the possibility of developing into a more long-lasting group to
promote collaborative research on wellbeing.
